In the 2022-2023 Academic Year Spring Semester, students who could not attend the Midterm Exams due to their excuses and want to attend the Excuse Midterm Exam/Exams;
Between April 17-19, 2023, they need to fill out the Excuse Form available at https://prg.mehmetakif.edu.tr/MazeretFormu,
They need to log in with their student number and student information system passwords through the student information system (ÖBİS), check and approve the information that appears, and complete their transactions by following the steps below.
-Processing the course name and the information of the instructor giving the course and clicking the "Add Course Information" button,
-Briefly stating the reasons for not being able to attend the Midterm Exam,
-If they have mandatory excuses that need to be documented, uploading the relevant documents (health report, death certificate, etc.) in PDF format,
-Filling in the fields marked with (*) in the system completely and clicking the "Submit Application to Unit" button,
The specified application periods will not be extended under any circumstances, and all responsibility regarding the application lies with the student.
