In the 2024-2025 Academic Year Fall Semester, the horizontal transfer applications made to our Faculty; within the framework of the "Regulation on Transfer, Double Major, Minor and Inter-Institutional Credit Transfer Between Associate Degree and Undergraduate Programs in Higher Education Institutions" the lists of students who have gained the right to register as principal from the reserve list as much as the quota instead of the students who did not register from the principal list with GANO Inter-Institutional Grade Point Average are specified in the attachment.

Horizontal Transfer final registrations will be made in person by the student or by the Proxy Appointed by Notaries within working hours on September 12-13, 2024, as specified in the calendar.

Registration Place: Engineering Architecture Faculty 2nd Floor Student Affairs Unit 

Documents Required for Registration:

1) Copy of Identity Card

2) Student ID card belonging to the university they came from

3) Document indicating that there is no objection to making a horizontal transfer from the university they are enrolled in

The responsibility of the documents submitted to our Faculty by the students who applied for Horizontal Transfer belongs to them. In case of an irregular situation and its detection, their registrations will be deleted even if they have registered.
