2024-2025 Fall Semester Inter-Institutional, Intra-Institutional and International Transfer Results Based on Grade Point Average

In the Fall Semester of the 2024-2025 Academic Year, the lateral transfer applications made to our Faculty; within the framework of the "Regulation on Transfer, Double Major, Minor, and Inter-Institutional Credit Transfer Between Associate and Undergraduate Programs in Higher Education Institutions", Inter-Institutional (Grade Point Average) and Intra-Institutional applications have been evaluated, and the evaluation results are specified in the table below.

Lateral Transfer final registrations, as stated in the calendar 

will be made by the student IN PERSON or by a Notary Appointed Proxy within working hours on September 09-10, 2024. 

As many substitute registrations will be made between September 12-13, 2024, as the number of students who did not register within the final registration period.

The responsibility for the documents submitted by the students who applied for Lateral Transfer belongs to them. In case of any irregularity and its detection, their registrations will be deleted even if they have registered.

Registration Place: Engineering-Architecture Faculty 2nd Floor A-317  Student Affairs Unit  

THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS WILL BE BROUGHT FOR REGISTRATION:

• 1-) Copy of Identity Card
• 2-) Student Identity Card belonging to the University they came from
• 3-) Document Indicating No Objection to Lateral Transfer (The student will obtain it from the school they are currently enrolled in.)
