Applications for horizontal transfer to our Faculty in the Fall Semester of the 2023-2024 Academic Year; have been evaluated within the framework of the "Regulation on Transfer, Double Major, Minor and Inter-Institutional Credit Transfer Between Associate and Undergraduate Programs in Higher Education Institutions" in accordance with Inter-Institutional and Additional Article 1, and the evaluation results are attached. Horizontal Transfer final registrations will be made by the student IN PERSON or by the Proxy Appointed by Notaries within working hours on September 04-05, 2023, as specified in the calendar. As many substitute registrations as the number of students who do not register within the final registration period will be made between September 07-08, 2023.

Registration Place: Faculty of Engineering and Architecture 2nd Floor Student Affairs Unit

Documents Required for Registration:

1) If any, high school diploma or certified copy

2) Photocopy of Identity Card

3) 3 passport photos (taken within the last 6 months)

4) Student ID card of the university they came from

5) Document from the university they are enrolled in stating that there is no objection to their horizontal transfer

The responsibility for the documents submitted to our Faculty by the students who applied for Horizontal Transfer belongs to them. In case of any irregular situation and its detection, their registrations will be deleted even if they have registered.
