A meeting on the "Evaluation of Marble Waste Project" was organized by the Burdur Governorship on November 28, 2023, at the Burdur Provincial Special Administration Assembly Meeting Hall. Within the framework of the cooperation between the Department of Landscape Architecture and the General Directorate of MTA, the presentation of the landscape rehabilitation project prepared for the abandoned mining site in Çaltepe village, Yeşilova district, Burdur province, by the faculty members of the Department of Landscape Architecture, Prof. Dr. Latif Gürkan KAYA, Assoc. Dr. Hüseyin Samet AŞIKKUTLU, and Res. Asst. Yasin AŞIK, was made by Assoc. Dr. Hüseyin Samet AŞIKKUTLU. The meeting, attended by many public institutions and organizations, non-governmental organizations, associations, and private sector representatives, concluded after the presentations.
