Our University's Rector Prof. Dr. Hüseyin DALGAR Visited Our Faculty.

At Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy University, with the 2024-2025 Academic Year, the first Academic Council Meeting of the Faculty of Engineering-Architecture took place with the participation of Rector Prof. Dr. Hüseyin Dalgar and Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Oğuz Gürsoy. Faculty Dean Prof. Dr. Ahmet Uyumaz gave a presentation about the faculty, providing information on the academic staff, student numbers, departments, projects, and ongoing work. During the meeting, the opinions and requests of the academic staff were also heard.
Rector Dalgar talked about the university's future strategies and the advancements in applied education, digital technologies, and internationalization within the framework of the Policy Document. He stated that the number of partner universities and countries within the scope of Erasmus programs has been doubled, saying, “We are offering more international opportunities to our students and academics. We have a responsibility to serve society in academia, and we will carry this responsibility forward together.”
Rector Dalgar shared the university's vision with the academic staff and provided information about the projects to be implemented in the upcoming period.
