Our Faculty's Landscape Architecture Students Examined Gymnosperms On-Site and Gained Information About Landscape Applications

Republic Park and Ecz. Emrullah Çiftçibaşı Park in the Burdur Merkez district hosted the education of 2nd-year students of the Landscape Architecture Department on October 30, 2024. The day trip organized within the scope of the Plant Material I course provided students with the opportunity to recognize gymnosperms and see their usage areas in landscape applications on-site.

 

During the visit conducted under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Cengiz Yücedağ, students had the opportunity to both reinforce their theoretical knowledge and observe plant diversity in nature. 

 

The tour of Republic Park and Ecz. Emrullah Çiftçibaşı Park offered students an important opportunity to gain deeper knowledge about plant species and experience related to landscape applications.
