A Training on Waste Management and Environmental Awareness was Organized in Our Faculty

In our faculty, training was organized to raise environmental awareness and create awareness about sustainable environmental management. In the training conducted for both academic and administrative staff, environmental engineers Hatice Şevik and Fatma Ediz Ayas shared information about waste management and eco-friendly practices.

In the training, particularly striking information was given about waste oils and their impact on the environment. The importance of properly disposing of waste oils in preventing environmental pollution was emphasized. Additionally, practical solutions were discussed on topics such as recycling of waste, chemical waste management, and eco-friendly living habits.

In the trainings aimed at developing a more sensitive and conscious approach to environmental awareness among participants, Hatice Şevik and Fatma Ediz Ayas not only provided theoretical information but also presented examples of how environmental management can be made more effective in daily life.
