40th Engineering Deans Council (MDK) (https://mdk.org.tr/) meeting was held on May 26-27, 2023, hosted by Uşak University Faculty of Engineering at Uşak University Recep Tayyip Erdoğan Culture and Congress Center. At the meeting, attended by 68 Deans from across the country, some structural and pragmatic issues of Engineering Faculties were discussed. The Engineering Deans Council has been meeting twice a year since 2001, presenting recommendation reports to the Council of Higher Education (YÖK) for issues related to Engineering Faculties. Representing our university, our faculty dean Prof. Dr. Oğuz GÜRSOY attended the meeting.
